A lively, traditional experience that offers great hymns and liturgy of our heritage, musical sounds of pipe organ, choirs, ensembles, hand bells, and thoughtful and relevant preaching from God’s Word. Holy Communion is given each week.

The Gathering Service
A vibrant contemporary worship experience that offers, in a technology-enhanced format, today’s Christian music led by our Praise Team, as well as thoughtful and relevant preaching from God’s Word. The Gathering Service allows for a slightly more relaxed worship experience than our Celebration services. Holy Communion is given every week.

Calvin Coolidge once said, “It is only when we worship that we begin to grow.” So, let’s grow together as we sing and pray and hear God’s word. On Sunday mornings, we offer a traditional service with communion at 10:30 am,
Our worship services and Sunday School classes are open to everyone, whether a member of St. Stephen Martyr Lutheran Church or not. We welcome you warmly. If you’re visiting for the first time, please pick up a visitors packet from our Welcome Center — and even a special gift — from us to you.
Our sanctuary is equipped with a Listen® Assistive Listening System. The system is designed to help those with hearing difficulties experience worship more fully through the use of a transmitter and personal receivers, which are available on the hospitality table as you enter the Sanctuary. Each receiver has an on/off switch and a volume control, which can be adjusted by the user to find a preferred volume level. To use an assistive listening receiver, simply pick one up as you enter the Sanctuary, or ask one of the ushers for assistance. If any child becomes loud enough to the point of becoming a distraction, caregivers can take the child to our quiet room just out the rear of the worship area or to play in our professionally staffed nursery.
