Whether you are planning a wedding that is small and intimate or large and formal, it is important that you give serious attention to its sacred, spiritual aspects.  A Christian wedding is Christ-centered.  It is the commitment of two people to lifelong faithfulness to each other, rooted in the love that Christ has for us.  As you make your wedding plans, remember that a Christian wedding is a service of worship. Please keep this in mind as you plan the service itself, the music, the flowers, the apparel, and all other aspects of the day. 

 

St. Stephen is a very active congregation with a dedicated pastoral staff serving its members in a multitude of ways. Therefore, weddings at St. Stephen Martyr are limited for:

• Couples who are members of the congregation when reserving the wedding date

• Couples who are in the process of becoming members when reserving the wedding date

 

If you are interested in getting married at St. Stephen, please contact our Parish Administrator at 330-492-4591 as far in advance as possible to set the date for you (a deposit is required). Once your date has been reserved, except for pastoral counseling, our Wedding Coordinator will be your exclusive contact to guide you through the planning process.
